Hi everyone!

Time again for a new story!

Last month I studied for my language course and some other tests and I'm happy to say that I passed my language course so the first 4 ECT's are in the pocket!

I also went to Malaga for one weekend. We rent a car like we always do through www.billigermietwagen.de and we drove to Malaga to visit a friend. Malaga is also a nice city where you can do and see a lot like the Alhambra it is a tough walk/climb but from there you have a really nice view and it is definitely worth it!

After we spent 2 days in Malaga, we went to Gibraltar. Sometimes it is very difficult to get in because you have to go through customs because Gibraltar is a different country (it is British) and thats why there is a big cue. I didn't know that there was only just one lane for entering Gibraltar so i almost drove to the entrance and then I saw I had to get in line. So from that point we hoped someone was nice enough to let us get in line and fortunately that was the matter so we saved us 2 hours of waiting but it was not very appropriate of us but we didn't do it on purpose haha.

Gibraltar is very nice! You can go to the top of the mountain by cable car and from there you have a really nice view. It is almost like you are in the Caribbean or something like that. And then you have the Monkeys.....they are kind but don't you dare to eat something while you are on your way because they immediately notice it and they will come to you to steal it from you....that is actually pretty much what happened to us...

After we did some touristy things we went back to our car and drove to Marbella. This is also a nice city! We arrived late so we just went out for dinner and then we head back to the hotel to get some sleep. The next day we had breakfast at the hotel and after we finished breakfast we did some sightseeing. The city centre of Marbella is very nice! A lot of colors and old buildings. We also went to the beach side to have some lunch. We found ourselves a really nice restaurant! It is called The Boardwalk: http://www.theboardwalkmarbella.com

Here you can have some really nice coffees, food like fruit salad and yoghurt some nice cakes and a lot of other delicious meals! After this lovely lunch we had to go home.

2 Weeks later it was time to go home to the Netherlands for christmas and New Year's Eve. Sadly enough you can't fly directly from Almeria to Amsterdam or Eindhoven. So I went to Malaga and flew from Malaga to Eindhoven for only €25,- so it is definitely worth it to fly from Malaga!

I wish everyone a merry christmas and a happy new year!

Till next time!
